Get in touch using the contact form below and I’ll contact you directly.
I’m happy to talk things through whether it’s for you or someone else and help you decide what feels right. If you choose to proceed, we’ll arrange an initial assessment as the next gentle step forward.

When counselling begins, we start with an intake appointment where you can share whatever feels important and we can explore whether we’re a good fit. If you choose to continue, we’ll meet for 50-minute weekly sessions, either on an open-ended basis or for an agreed number of fixed sessions.

Counselling sessions are flexible to suit your needs. You can choose to meet face to face, speak over the telephone, or connect online . Each option offers the same level of care, confidentiality, and support, allowing you to choose what feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
